Latvia Weather provides weather forecasts, maps, warnings and an optional weather assistant for information purposes. The service is operated by Kristaps Grinbergs in Latvia.
2. Acceptable use
You may use the service for personal, lawful purposes. Do not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorised access, scrape it at a harmful rate, or use it in a way that breaches applicable law or third-party rights.
3. Weather information and safety
Forecasts and warnings can change and may be incomplete or delayed. Do not rely on the service as the sole source for safety-critical, emergency, aviation, marine, medical, or commercial decisions. Follow official instructions from competent authorities.
4. Content and data
The service and its design are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Weather and warning data remain subject to their respective providers’ terms. You may not copy, republish or commercially exploit the service except where permitted by law or with permission.
5. Availability and liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and are not liable for indirect loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
6. Changes
We may update the service or these terms. The current version is published here with its update date. Continuing to use the service after a material update means you accept the updated terms, where permitted by law.
